   I was, and still am, pretty upset about Chipsoft's marketing, slow response
   to consumer complaints, and (possibly) empty claims of "improvements" to their
   products.  They add features which might make MacInTax easier to use for
   simple returns, but do not correct basic design and interaction problems that
   make MacInTax hard to use for longer returns.

I'm interested in knowing what basic design and interaction problems
MacInTax has that make it hard to use for longer returns. I will be
filing a complicated return this year and wonder if MacInTax will work
for me.
