FileGuard is a pretty good protection mechanism. Not the best for trying
to manage a lot of users (we have two machines that have the same set
of 150+ users on it - it is not easy to transfer this large amount of
users from one to the other).

Citadel is another good mechanism, but doesn't allow a differentiation
 between users.
