Question about Nuntius

Hi, I've been using Nuntius for a while and just got version
1.1.1d14 about I am still unable to access the first two items
in the Articles menu:  Post follow-up article... and
Reply to author by mail. I have Eudora so I beleive it should
be possible.  Any Nuntius users out there please help!!!!!!
