I am seeking information regarding medical patient-management software
for the Macintosh. In addition to obvious aspects (patient identification,
medical history, etc), the following features are of particular interest:

+ ability to perform database-like functions for reviewing _groups_ of
	  patients
e.g. What has happened to the last fifty patients with
		     with diagnosis X?

	+ scheduling & reminders
e.g. What activities are planned for next week?

+ storing laboratory results and automatic generation of graphs

Thanks in advance for any help,
	rlr
