Is there something new in the water, or what? Everytime I turn
around someone is proposing a new newsgroup. While the addition of a
newsgroup to talk about utilities would be helpful, I really don't see
an efficient way to word a charter to distinguish it from c.s.m.apps.
Isn't Microsoft Word a utility?
