If you're running System 7 (or at least using the LaserWriter 7 driver)
you can print just about anything to a PostScript file... I'm pretty 
sure that you can use the driver without a connected printer. Under
System 6 drivers, I vaguely remember a command sequence you held down
while printing to generate postscript, but I have no idea what it was.

Or, you can check out the Print-to-PICT package (on sumex and probably
umich as well)... it'll let you print the individual pages as PICT
files that you can print with just about any object drawing package
available today. The only other thing you may need to transfer are 
individual fonts.
