I have also tried printing grayscale gifs on the Stylewriter. I have even
tried GifConverter 2.3b2. It was the only one that worked at all, so far.
But the resolution of the dots that printed out was quite poor; not what I
expected. After all, the stylewriter has a 360 dot-per-inch resolution.
I thought what printed was about what you'd expect from imagewriter. I
used the Style-writer setting. What gives? The Stylewriter should be able
to produce grayscale rivaling ordinary lazer printers, which are 300 dots
per inch.
