I also tried this neat CP, but discarded it because it had some bugs,
like turning on and off baloon help, that were either conflicts with
INITs I couldn't ditch (Now Utilities) or just outright bugs.

The problem is, that I'm not willing to register to "hope" these are
fixed.  If I saw a version that fixed the bugs, I'd probably register.
