That's an interesting definition of a utility. Mine would be something
like: "Software that adds functionality to the operating system." Now that
would cover everything from Norton Utils to SuperClock!.
A VERY precise definition would be needed for a group with such a vague
name.
As before, what is this doing in .apps? Why not discuss it in .misc where
it belongs?
