I am looking for a good(and inexpensive) package for performing
network analysis. Analysis of such things as minimum weight
spanning trees, shortest/longest path of directed and undirected
trees etc.

If such a package doesnt exist any pointers in the direction of
algorithmic source code would be appreciated.
