It probably falls under "Grey market: selling.  But who gives a shit
really? If the copy you have after buying it from them is recognised
by Adobe as valid then that's good enough for me.  It would be like if
you went over yourself and bought a copy from a shop there, if they
refused to let you do that there'd be an almighty stink.

The site itself might be on legally shaky ground, but I don't think
you'd be personally.
