Preflight Online is a commercial service from Extensis (the company who make Suitcase) but the link that I have provided will take you to a free area which will analyze your PDF at no charge. A prelight plug-in will be downloaded to your web browser when you visit this website as all of the analysis happens on your local hard drive. The plug-in then sends technical data back to the web site which in turn generates a report of the problems that it has found with your files as well as how to fix them. I hope that it helps to find the problem in your file. Regards, Luke Maslen.
