I just bought a powermac 9500 clone (Powerwave 604/132) and I cannot load NUM 3.2.1 into the machine. Installation is always unsuccessful. Furthermore, the Norton emergency disk will not boot the machine at all. I haven't read or heard any discussion on this, but maybe I'm just out of the loop. Anyone know anything about this? I have tried calling Symantec, but they only have one phone line to answer the 52,000 calls they receive per day, and their tech support staff consists of a single 81 year old grandmother who only works part time. (At least that's what I suspect - I have never been able to get through to them in the last 3 YEARS!!!) Thanks a bunch! -- Cheers, Steve stevendc@rmii.com
