I'm intrigued by this comment, as I haven't heard it before.  Will the
"release after Copland" (whatever the code name is) have a different
scheme for file allocation blocks?  Like everyone else, I have the minimum
size problem on the 1.2GB drive in my 7100, so that I've been forced to
partition it; currently in eight partitions of varying sizes.

Not that I dislike the partitioning itself, as it's a good way to organize
my files.  But having a load of partition icons on the right side of the
screen is *really* annoying!
