What are the available choices for file / folder / disk synchronisation ?
It seems like a simple task and is more or less vital for those people
who maintain two macs with the same files (Powerbook and desktop machine)

The only file sync utilites I've seen downunder are part of expensive Powerbook
utilities bundles from the usual suppliers (Norton, Now etc). I don't want to
buy a whole bundle of things I don't need just to get file synchronisation. Are
any standalone file sync utilites available - preferably shareware - I much
prefer to pay the author directly rather than a whole heap of middlemen :-)

Many thanks one and all
