Dumping postscript file to Laserwriter

We need to print out a postscript file on a laserwriter.  How
does one dump a standard postscript file to the laserwriter?  

I here tell of a program called laserwriter utility.  I have
tried to ftp it from ftp.apple.com.   The file will not unbinhex
and gives a  crc($574A) error with binhex and unstuffit doesn't
even see the file, laserwriter-utility.hqx.  What am I doing
wrong?  Is the file at Apple Corp broken?

Any help greatfully received.
