Hello SoftPC users.

PLEASE HELP !!!

I am using an SE/30 5meg RAM, system 6.04. My problem is drive E:
The book says I should be able to select a folder on my mac, call it drive E:
then copy files to from it, creat directories in it etc.

I select a folder to be drive E: (This appears to work) the path shows up
correctly next time I look.

I try to create a directory (e:mkdir test) I get an error "Unable to create
directory". I try (copy a:config.sys e:) I get "File creation error".

If I try to do a dir of E: it tells me no files found even when I have exported
a Word Perfect file in 5.1 format to the folder.

If I endeavour to retrieve the file using WP5.1 running on D: it also says
no file found

It appears to me that although it gives me an E:\> prompt, it doesn't register
that I have drive e.

Am I doing something wrong ? Have you had experience with this kind of thing?

Any assistance you can give me will be appreciated, I'm becoming rather
frustrated with this package. It was supposed to make transfer of DOS - MAC
and vice versa easier. So far I can go DOS to MAC no worries, but the other
is a nightmare.
Thanks in advance. :-
