Help with AtEase (or At Ease) and printing

I have been running AtEase 1.0 with Entrez.  The problem I'm having is
that I cannot print from any application until I leave AtEase.  The
reason why I mention Entrez is because I wonder if anyone knows of
conflict between the two programs.  I'm not quite willing to upgrade
AtEase, because the same problem may continue (Apple told me they
never heard of printing problems with AtEase).  Does anyone know of a
solution in setup, alternative programs, etc.?  Thanks
