Hi I am thinking about getting QuickBooks for my business acounting. 
Right now I use Quicken and very satisfied with the product.  But I am
thinking of upgrading to QuickBooks for the payroll functions and maybe
some advanced business functions.

I would like to know if anyone has an opinion/experence on the payroll
features.  How easy is it?  When you need to update rate tables, how easy
is that?  And any other payroll functions.

Also I am concidering incorporating.  Can QuickBooks handle the
bookkeeping involved with a corporation?
Shareholders, investing, dividends, ect.
