WANTED: Public Events Software

  Are there software packages concerning booking/scheduling of public
events (movies, concerts, meetings, etc.)? Ideally, with such software,
one could:

  1) generate an audit or hardcopy record of all events entered on a
database
  2) edit each event (in a card format similar to "Filemaker Pro")
  3) keep these events sorted in order of date 
  4) be warned of scheduling conflicts 
  5) retain networking and server-based access of information by a
limited number of users (a la "Now Up-to-Date").

This software would replace an old college network timesharing program.
