iDisk Mounter 1.5 is available from:
www.cooc.de/applescript/

Greetings
cris :-)
-----------------------------

iWhat?

This script mounts an iDisk on your desktop. Usually you can just make
an alias of your iDisk, but here are some situations where iDisk Mounter
becomes handy:

+ To mount an iDisk without typing in the password.
+ To mount one (or more) iDisks automatically at startup (put iDisk
Mounter in the startup items, simply make copys of it if you want to
mount other iDisks too)
+ To mount an iDisk on a Mac OS less than 9.
+ Trouble to mount the iDisk via the browser.
+ To suppress dialogs "You haven't used your iDisk for more than x
minutes..."

Here is the next incredible release with mega tons of new features:

iNews in 1.5:

+ The Keychain is now supported (optionally).
+ MountEverNoRest mode: In this mode iDisk Mounter will stay open and
keep your iDisk mounted, so you get no longer messages if you haven't
use the iDisk for more than 13 minutes.

How do iUse it?

+ Launch iDisk Mounter and type in your user name. Click ok and type
your password. Now you have the choice to let iDisk Mounter remember
your password. If you do so, every future launch of iDisk Mounter will
mount your iDisk immediately. If you click ok instead, you have to type
your password for every mount operation.
The last user name will be always remembered. If you want to delete the
username and password, simply drag any file on iDisk Mounter.
Note: When you enter the password it is displayed in clear characters.
That's because AppleScript doesn't have bullets for that, sorry.

+ MountEverNoRest mode:
In this mode iDisk Mounter will stay open and keep your iDisk mounted,
so you get no longer messages if you haven't use the iDisk for more than
13 minutes. To toggle between MountEverNoRest and normal mode, drag the
iDisk onto iDisk Mounter. Default setting is off. Note that the maximum
connection time is still 60 minutes (hm, should i do an auto-remount?).
If you unmount your iDisk, iDisk Mounter will automatically quit after a
short moment.

+ Using the Keychain with iDisk Mounter (only on Mac OS 9):
For better security you can store the password of an iDisk in the
Keychain. Run iDisk Mounter, type your user name and password and click
"ok". Open now the Keychain control panel and drag your iDisk into the
Keychain window. Your done.
If you run iDisk Mounter later again and you are asked for the password,
you can just click "ok" to use your iDisk password from the Keychain. If
your Keychain is locked at this time you will be prompted for your
Keychain password.

iCosts

+ iDisk Mounter is "iMailware". If you like it please send an iMail to
<iDisk@cooc.de> with the subject "How can you write such a great
Utilitie like iDisk Mounter??".
That's good for my iKarma so iCan write more stuff that changes the
planet, no, the iPlanet!
