I suggest you look elsewhere for the problem. We use a similar setup, and print via CAP to laser printers connected to SUNs without problems whatsoever. I print quite a bit (sometimes concurrently from the Mac running 7.0.1 and my SUN with 4.1.1) without the slightest problem. I recently upgraded the Mac to 7.1, and everything still works just fine. We also have a significant number of Macs still on 6.0.x, and they seem to be doing fine, too. Edgar Knapp
