Yes, it's really 3.0.

I called the Adobe 800 number the same day I ordered System 7.1; I got 7.1
around 10/26, and received ATM around 10/30.  It's the exact same package I
received when I got ATM v2.0.3, except it contains ATM v3.0.  If you're curious
and are paranoid about breaking shrinkwrap, the 3.0 version has a little sticker
saying "Apple 3.0 Bundle" on the back of the package.
