Filemaker help

I have a question about filemaker - I have 90 6-field records (each record
is no more than 10 characters long). Is there any way at all I can convert
it to something like a master index? something that looks like this:

field1 field2 field3 field4 field5 field6
-------------------------------------------------
yes no no no yes yes <--that's record #1
no yes(3) yes yes yes no <--and #2
yes no no no yes no <--#3, etc.

I tried importing it into macwrite but when I inserted the fields into the
document in the fashion above, it (sortof) did what I wanted but each record
was on a different page!

Any ideas?
