TrueType, 6.0.7, and MS Word 4.0A

I downloaded 6.0.7 yesterday, along with TrueType, for my SE/30. It seems to
work great, except for two small problems.

1)  Documents formerly formatted with ATM did not print well on my Imagewriter.

2)  MS Word 4.0A left all of the text stream to the right edge of the page
    in Page Preview mode, but was fine as far as printing, etc.

The first problem I can understand, but what caused #2? Do I need to upgrade
my copy of Word?
