I have written a program that does this.  There are versions both for the
UNIX end and the Mac end, so you can do translations on either end.  Cur-
rently, it doesn't support MSDOS, but, now that I think about it, I'll
probably be adding that in the future.

If anyone wishes a copy, please mail me (dburr@ocf.berkeley.edu) with your
address, and I'll send it along.
