3-D plotting on a Mac

I would like to do some 3-D plotting on a Mac, and I would appreciate some
advice about what software is available for that purpose. None of the
"usual" packages that I have used, like CricketGraph or Igor seem to be able
to do it. Is there something out there that can?

Thanks.
