k-spool?

One of my colleagues ran across a reference to a product called
K-spool.  This product is supposed to allow printing documents from a
sun to an appletalk laserwriter.  (Assuming of course the proper
network bridge device).  I know this may not be a mac application, but
I wasn't sure where to post this first.
