Flying Carpet
------------- Are you a Macintosh programmer (experienced or just
learning)?  A new BBS program is currently under development in
Perth, Australia.  The two major goals are:
* To be a replacement for Second Sight - it will convert your
existing SS BBS to Flying Carpet automatically.
* To be powerful, intuitive and easy to use.

For example, some features will be:
* Integrated editors for menus, userlist, configuration, message
areas and file areas;
* Online versions of these editors for remote sysop maintenance;
* Console copy/paste, capturing and scrollback;
* Tabby support;
* Batch transfers (batch list is saved after logoff);
* High speed error-correcting modem support (lock serial port, MNP
intelligence, handshaking);
* System 7 support.

This is just a small taste of what is to come, but it needs your
support to make it happen. If you are interested doing some
programming to help make this BBS the best, contact the Project
