Automatic backups? (Or macros that operate at 2 am?)

Is there a program that will do automatic backups at a
specified time each day (e.g., 2 a.m.), backing to a
secondary hard disk?

Or is there a macro package that allows you to define a
command that will operate always at a specified time (e.g.,
2 a.m.)?
