PCB programs

I'm new to the Mac world, and I'm trying to find some relatively
inexpensive programs (under $500, hopefully $200) that will do the job for
me.

   I'm looking for:

   1. A CAD program to do some elementary 3-D stuff, and also schematics,
generating a netlist. (Design-CAD looks good)

   2. A PCB artwork program that would take the netlist generated above and
create an artwork, with features like auto-routing, rubber-banding and cut
and paste.

Both of these program must run on a Mac plus (actually it's an Amiga with
Mac plus ROMS, 8 megs memory and a 68030/68881). Of course, they must output
to a Postscript printer.

   Any Suggestions?
