Word 5.0 default font problem?

Hi all,

I've been having a problem with Word 5.0 and default fonts.  I set the
overall default font to Times;  now, documents that are in other fonts
such as Palatino sometimes open with the correct font, sometimes with
Times instead.  Any ideas as to where the problem is?
