Sort of. There are three options that come to mind:
If these files are Adobe Illustrator '88 or 1.1 files, Illustrator or
Deneba's Canvas should be able to open them as editable objects.
(unlikely, though)
If you just want to print these files, you can use SendPS 2.0 or MS Word
(read the sections in manual/help on formatting text in PostScript style)
to print the files to a PostScript printer.
Freedom of Press (and FoP Lite and at least one other commercial
PostScript
display program) can display these on the screen and print them to any
printer, QuickDraw or PostScript. (Freedom of Press Lite only supports a
limited number of printer types while the full version supports virtually
everything.) I think there are some editing capabilities, but I don't
know
what as I've never used the programs.
Good luck!
