Is there a way to convert mixed case characters to Upper case in Excel? I just got done doing it but there has *GOT* to be a easier way. 1st Try - I looked around for some menu item that would do it in Excel. Nothing. Nothing in the manual either under text or case. 2nd Try - select, copy, paste into Word. Change to all upper case. Select, copy, paste back into Excel. Reverts back to mixed case in Excel! 3rd Try - Save as text from Word. Open text doc from Excel, still lower case. Word converts the upper to mixed when saving into text! 4th Try - Look in Edit, Edit II and Alpha for case conversion...none. 5th Try - select, copy, paste into MacDraw!! Convert to upper case. Select, copy, paste back into Excel. OK!!! Go Figure. John DeRosa -- = Enjoy! John DeRosa, Motorola, Inc, ESMR Development = = thanks derosa@ssd.comm.mot.com = = a 10^6 N1111@applelink.apple.com =
