There was a thread recently, discussing the relative merits
of Quicken vs. Mind Your Own Money (MYOM), and another thread
discussing Quicken upgrades/versions.  I have used Quicken for
several years (even since my DOS days), and have been very
pleased with it.  HOWEVER... it does look like Intuit is 
largely ignoring its Mac constituency.  Like others, I have
waited patiently for the nice features which are included in
the DOS and Windoze versions.   Having run out of patience,
I recently wrote them a letter pointing out the disparity in
features between the two platforms.  Yesterday I got a form
letter reply saying my comments were being forwarded to the
appropriate people.  Enclosed with the letter were 3 pages
(6 sides) of promo material for the NEW! DOS version and 
IMPROVED! Windows features.  -- Not one clue anywhere that a Mac
version even exists.  I thought it was pretty funny, considering
the text of my letter.

BOTTOM LINE: (ok, 3 or 4 lines) It's not worth my time (yet) to
convert to MYOM, but any new user should factor Intuit's
(a)pathetic product support into the equation before making
a final decision about which program to use.    -- Don
