Removing MS Personalization

Does anyone know of a utility that can be used to remove the
personalization of the MicroSoft install disk for Word 5.1.  I mistyped a
name and now it is a permanent "mistake" every time word starts.  I have
tried Anonymity v1.2, but it always asks for the install disk that puts the
incorrect name back in.
