Thanks to those who took time to respond, I have narrowed
the decision to either MACFLOW 3.7 or TOPDOWN 3.0.  I contacted
each of the companies and each agreed to fax to me the
lastest information on their product. Each of them have also 
sent me a demo disk.  Armed with the "pros/cons" information
that I received from many of you, I will be in a position to make 
an informed evaluation.  Thank-you forro your responses.
