I just wrote a paper that included the need to reference some legal documents such as Congressional hearings and various State and Federal Statutes. I was kind of surprised that Endnote Plus does not have a standard format for such things since it seems like lots of people would need to reference such things. Has anyone made a custom reference for such things in E+? Can you tell me what it looks like? -Terry
