I asked them for another, and they wanted $25! This, in a $350 product! *They* screw up my back-up, and then demand *I* pay for it! Most Mac software producers have enough healthy competition so that they cannot get away with malicious interference with their customer's back-up policies. Unfortunately, Opcode is in a niche market that lacks such competition.
