 Hi-

 I have a Deskwriter C with v2.0 drivers. Whenever I print an envelope, say
 from Word 5.1, HP Printmonitor launches in the background, and then I get a
 dialog asking that I bring HP Printmonitor to the front. When I do, I get a
 dialog asking that I insert the next envelope and hit the Select button. 

 What I want to know is if there is any way to avoid having to bring HP
 Printmonitor to the foreground? When I print an envelope, I _know_ that I
 have to hit the Select button. Why can't I just hit the button while sitting
 in my foreground application, and have it go? The necessity of bringing HP PM
 to the front escapes me. In fact, if I do hit the Select button at the
 appropriate time (with HP PM still in the background), the envelope only
 loads so far, and then stops, until I bring HP PM to the foreground!
 Aggravating!

 HP, if you're listening, how about fixing this in the next version?
