Problem importing into Pagemaker

My son has a problem with Pagemaker 4.2 on a Mac LC II.  He is working on
his middle school yearbook, and he is trying to import a graphics file 
from Superpaint v. 3.0 into Pagemaker, but Pagemaker doesn't recognize that
the file exists.  He has tried importing the Superpaint file, exporting 
TIFF and EPS from Superpaint, but nothing seems to work.  When he looks in the 
manual for Pagemaker, it looks like it should be able to import either EPS
or TIFF.

Does anyone have any suggestions?  He is running under System 6.something.

Please email me, if possible, since I don't look at this group often.
