I asked for info on how to contact NOW software, and got a lot of responses. Here are two, with all the needed information. Thanks to all. NOW tech support can be reached at (503) 274-2810, *AM-5PM Pacific Time, by fax at (503) 274-2810, on Compu$erve at 71541,170 , on AOL (command-K and "Now" in the keyword field), on AppleLink at NOWSOFTWARE, and on GEnie at Now.Software. I suspect you could also reach them via the Internet at the AppleLink and Compu$erve addresses, but whether they could respond, I dunno.
