Greetings, netters. Just as there is a DA called "Easy Envelopes" with
which you can print envelopes by just typing the address, I'm looking for
an application that will print a fax cover sheet. 

I use TouchBase as an address book, and the program has a nifty feature
that prints cover sheets. There are times, however, in which I wish to
fax someone that I don't particularly wish to add to my address book
permanently. I could enter the data in the address book, print the fax
cover sheet, and then delete the entry, but I'm looking for something
more practical.

Does this even exist?
