InDesign CS3 - Style sheets - Print specs?

Is it possible to get ID (CS3) to print out a list of the style sheets
in a document, along with their specs; i.e. font, size, leading,
etc.)? We are trying to create Word templates so our editors can style
text using macros in Word that will import into ID. They want to
approximately the real ID style as closely as possible in Word so that
the editors/authors can use it to copy-fit as well. We're having a
temp come in to help create the Word templates and we don't want her
to have to go through and write down all the type specs for each (of
literally thousands of) style sheets to then set them up in Word.

Any help would be appreciated,

Joanna Beyer
