My church is contemplating a conversion to Macs (from PCs).
We currently have a "church management" program which keeps track of three areas:

1. accounting, financial reporting
2. member/contributor database
3. interactions between the two

We're looking for something similar on the Mac.

I've thought about using some general purpose packages, but it seems hard
because most accounting programs do databases poorly (or not at all), and
most databases would be excruciating for use as accounting programs.  On
the other hand, it is very desirable to be able to export information to
other programs.

Any suggestions/experience/ideas would be appreciated.
