Hi all! I've been using the Mac for awhile, but don't really know that much about database software available for the Mac. My brother is just getting started with using Macs. He's looking for database software that will allow him to create his own "front end" to his database and that will support QuickTime. From what I understood about QuickTime, you should be able to install it and applications will "know about it" (since it's system software - at least that's what the Apple rep. said). But, when my brother asked about it in a computer store they said that that's not true. So...my question is: What database software do people recommend and does it support QuickTime movies? The other features my brother wants, like good search filters and scripting ability, I assume are available in all the database products that are available. Thanks in advance for any advice.
