Actually - RTM!  In Chapter 11 (Importing & Exporting Data)

Open the DB.  Select "OPEN UTILITY WINDOW" fron the Overview menu
Make sure there is no qualification in the  top right box (starts blank
anyway)
Choose Export Qualified Records from the Misc Menu
Click Text File button
Include all fields
Name the file
Poof - tab separated fields in a text file
