There are several oddities related to printing with FoxBASE+/Mac on an
Imagewriter with System 7. Mine was that it would repeat the first record
of the report throughout the first page before moving on - but only when
I printed in Faster quality!

The fix from Fox was a free upgrade, which bore the same version number
but a different create date.
