In case it wasn't clear, I'd like to thank EVERYONE who has replied to my messages. You people have saved my day! How in the world do you get the menus working in 4D when you leave the first menu bar? My menu bar #1 works fine, but when I select an option [say add purchase] and bring up another menu bar and try to select an option on it [show help for add purchase or print purchase]...none of the options work. Somewhere in the book it says to use negative numbers for runtime...I tried that everywhere I could thing of but that did not work. The problem I see is that the menu item does not perform the procedure assigned to it. I did some more looking around and I have also found a couple of commands which I do not understand: "Check Item" and "Menu selected" The thing is I don't know if these options are of any use to my problem. Help...? Thanks Again! Dave Tsai
