Use a paint program to create an item that looks like the button you want.
Cut the object and paste it onto the layout you are working on. Now create
a highlight button with a script that will perform the action you want. Place
the highlight button over the graphic you created of a button. Resize it
so that it fits over the graphic. I very rarely use the generic buttons
that are available in 4D. I have a graphic library of standard buttons
that I keep in my scrapbook. Works out great every time.
